We work across multiple stages
Every coaching engagement is calibrated to where your company is right now. Most founders we work with fit into one of three stages.
Early Stage
Up to £5m raised
2 to 20 employees
Testing product, refining the model, pushing for traction. Raw and intense, but exhilarating.
Growth Stage
£5m to £30m raised
20 to 80 employees
Product-market fit confirmed. Scaling without breaking what made it work. Full of momentum, but stretched.
Scale Stage
£30m+ raised
80 to 300+ employees
Leading a complex organisation. Less about survival, more about clarity, alignment and long-term direction.

Adam Pike
Adam is a serial social entrepreneur. As CEO and co-founder of SuperCarers (acquired by Home Instead in 2020), BeyondMe.org, and as commercial leader at Accurx (backed by Atomico, Local Globe and Lakestar), he’s experienced first-hand the challenges of scaling mission-driven businesses.
Before that, Adam helped shape policy at the UK Treasury, including the creation of What Works Centres covering policy areas accounting for £250 billion of public spending.
Amongst his many mistakes, he’s had three exits, been recognised with a Prime Minister’s Award, the Deloitte Leader in Society Award, and is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers community.
Jonathan "JB" Bullock
JB is a seasoned operator who coaches Series B+ founders and leadership teams through the scale-up stage.
Former Founding Managing Partner and International COO of SoftBank's $100B Vision Fund, first Chief of Staff and Global Business Strategy Director at Google, and board director across public companies and Series A to E scaleups, he brings two decades of frontline scaling experience to every engagement.
JB helps leadership teams sharpen their vision and build the operational infrastructure to deliver it.

We don't want to limit access to organisations with significant potential but limited resources, either because of their funding stage or their location. For pre-seed and seed founders we believe in, we invest in you by offering reduced rates. For founders in under-resourced parts of the world, we raise philanthropic funding to cover the gap.
