Founders
The founding team
Adam Pike
Adam is a serial social entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of BeyondMe, a tech-driven fundraising platform, and SuperCarers, a venture-capital backed platform connecting families with trusted carers, and most recently the commercial leader of Accurx, backed by Atomico and Lakestar.
At the UK's Cabinet Office and Treasury, Adam helped to create What Works Centres that now cover policy areas accounting for £250bn of public spending.
Now, Adam works as an Executive Coach to leaders and teams of pioneering businesses at the intersection of technology and impact.
Rafi Addlestone
Rafi is an impact advisor, who previously led Deloitte's global technology sustainability and impact advisory practice, as well as Sustainability Global Lead for AWS and a Strategic Advisor to the Earthshot Prize.
He now co-leads Pineapple Partnerships, a think-do consultancy using collaboration to drive system change, with recent work focused on scaling solar and batteries through retrofit in social housing (with NatWest and British Gas) and commercial real estate (with Schneider Electric, Signify, DCC Energy and others).
